RCI Respiratory Care Inc. Conchatherm III Servo Controlled Heater # 380-80 w/cable

Used but in good condition. It powers on and the alarm sounds and the display comes on bright and clear. The prongs on the end of the wall plug are damaged as can be seen in picture number 5, and may need to be replaced, but it still works at this time. I am not able to test it further. Items are sold as pictured with no additional items included.
