Purchased from a facility liquidation, this unit looks like it was probably a spare. It is either new or rebuilt. I am not able to test it but the shaft turns easily and smoothly by hand. The housing has some scratches and scuffs, and is dusty from storage. It does not really look like it was ever put into service. I took some close up pictures of the information label. It only comes with what it shown in the pictures.
