Fisher Rosemount 2L448122012 Adjusting Flange New

This item was purchased from a large company inventory reduction sale. I do not know the history of it. The box has shelf wear, but this unit is new. It is also marked, "019-P88152408" and "SA216 Grade WCB, 2201". It measures about 10 1/4" OD. It is about 1" thick. The threaded shaft is about 4 7/8" long by 4" OD. The mounting hole pattern is unique as can be seen in the last picture. I am not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
