We don't have the resources necessary to thoroughly test everything. We do test items the best that we can though and try to describe them as honestly and accurately as we can.

Bulb is new in package. I have nothing that fits this bulb to twist it in. There are no broken assemble paths inside the bulb I can see. Thank you

This period begins on the delivery date. This gives the customer enough time to receive, inspect, and test the product - to make sure the product is satisfactory.
