What I can tell you about this item. This item was a Home Depot return. Item looks as if it was possibly purchased and never removed from the box then returned to the store. Everything is present and in new condition including the hardware still in sealed plastic. No user wear at all. See pictures for more on condition. The original box is unsealed. The Glacier Bay Constructor 3-Piece Bath Accessory Kit in Chrome comes with an expandable towel bar, a tissue paper holder and a towel ring for a complete bath set. This chrome kit also includes mounting hardware and plastic anchors for easy installation. The expandable towel bar allows you to install the towel bar as 18 in., 21 in., or 24 in. depending on your needs and available space. Coordinates with the Constructor Collection.
