The receiver unit powers on and the light comes on. It has one broken antenna and the other antenna is loose. The transmitter does not power on. It has no physical damage and the battery connections look very clean inside. Both units are the same frequency. I am selling this unit AS-IS. Everything that is included is shown in the pictures.
